We will schedule a meeting to review your hiring needs, your timeline to hire, and any other details and hiring goals.
We then send our Direct-Hire Agreement outlining the placement fee, partial retainer and other important details. Fees vary depending on the position type and level of difficulty.
Once the agreement is signed and partial retainer received, we begin to source candidate resumes and qualification summaries for your review.
If you would like to interview a candidate, we schedule all of the phone, video and onsite interviews.
After interviewing, if you decide to hire someone we assist with the offer letter signing process.
We schedule a meeting to discuss your needs.
We then send a Contractor Resume Submission Agreement outlining the estimated bill rate and retainer deposit to begin. The deposit is credited to your first invoice once the contractor starts.
Once the agreement is signed and deposit received, we begin to source contractor candidates for you to review.
If there is a contractor you’re interested in, we arrange either a phone interview or onsite interview.
If you choose to hire the contractor, we send an agreement confirming the start date, bill rate, and contract duration. Our 40–45% markup covers insurance and compliance costs.
All invoices for contractor hours worked will be due within 14 days from date of send
